Help me get started with my homelab. Do the following:
1. Interview me about my hardware, my network, and what I want to
   self-host.
2. Give me the commands to check what's already in place — my OS,
   whether Docker is installed, and what's already running — and I'll
   report back the output.
3. Build me a step-by-step plan starting with the thing I want most,
   and flag security footguns before I hit them — prefer a mesh VPN or
   tunnel over port forwarding.
4. Check the REFERENCE page for a written guide matching my goal and
   follow it if one exists.
5. Suggest the most relevant next steps.
